Restra acquires SkogAx Åland Ab (“SkogAx”), a leading player in sustainable forestry and Åland's second largest forestry company. The founder and former owner, Kennet Berndtsson, will continue to lead the business and will also become a part-owner in Restra.
The deal is an important step in Restra's strategy to expand and offer comprehensive solutions for power plants and landowners in the Nordic region. With SkogAx's expertise and local grounding, Restra can further enhance its offerings and ensure high quality and sustainability in all aspects of forestry.
